PATRIOT uses our proprietary AC electromagnetic technology to deliver 6DOF tracking. The system's high accuracy and continuous tracking data ensures that users can trust their results. Multiple different variants of PATRIOT are available. 

Two sensors = endless flexibility

PATRIOT operates with up to two sensors, expanding the tracking capability. No line of sight is needed, allowing the sensors to be easily embedded and providing flexibility for integration. This makes it the essential choice for high-volume integrators, such as simulation trainers. Each sensor updates at a rate of 60 frames per second and maintains low latency, giving true to life motion with every movement.

How it works

PATRIOT is a small, portable system that's easy to set up and uses a single source that emits an electromagnetic field. Finely tuned sensors within the magnetic field are tracked in full 6DOF, measuring both position and orientation in motion.

Due to the nature of the technology, there is no need for a line of sight for continuous tracking. PATRIOT can track people and objects through clothes, gloves, and walls, and does not require any special lighting conditions.

Multiple options available

Three versions of PATRIOT are available: standard, medical, and drive bay.

For users requiring tracking technology that meets specific accessory medical use standards (IEC 60601), PATRIOT M (Medical) bridges that gap.

For users requiring more comprehensive system integration, PATRIOT DB (Drive Bay) delivers the same great benefits as the standard PATRIOT, but in a 5.25-inch drive bay form factor. PATRIOT DB is powered by Molex or SATA connections universally available on PC power supplies.
