Impressive performance in a self-contained package

SCOUT™ is the premier head tracking choice for those who need a rugged, robust option. The self-contained electronics and sensors are extremely light-weight and require no system electronics unit (SEU), offering unprecedented tracking performance that can be visually coupled. For extreme environment tracking, SCOUT is the trusted solution, featuring portability and expert breakaway/disconnect management.

REAL-TIME TRACKING FOR THE REAL WORLD

Designed for the most dynamic environments on the planet, SCOUT changes the game in head tracking. The solid-state SCOUT head tracker provides point-of-regard tracking information accurately and in real-time. This means you gain proven situational awareness and cueing abilities. If you need head tracking indoors, outdoors, and different lighting conditions, SCOUT makes it happen.

Advance your simulation

SCOUT elevates high-fidelity simulations through its proprietary AC technology and distinctive tracker size. Capture your movement in real-time, eliminating concerns about cyber-sickness or predictive tracking related errors. SCOUT’s small size allows for easy attachment to helmets, headsets, and head mounted displays. Ease of integration and data accuracy mean your virtual reality or simulation technology is true to life.

Data and Security

We understand the importance of data security, which is why we manufacture the most accurate and trustworthy electromagnetic motion trackers. SCOUT is a completely wired device and meets U.S. military flight qualifications. This means there are no additional data security risks; your data is your own. SCOUT is the premier solution for dependable and essential data, whether tracking a pilot’s head movements or a racer’s location.

HEAD TRACKING SENSOR

The entire SCOUT head tracking sensor, including cable and embedded electronics, weighs only 35 grams in the most common flight configuration. With built-in computational electronics in-line with the magnetic tracking sensor, wiring connections from the helmet to the aircraft interface is simple, requiring only six high-level signal wires to be passed through breakaway connectors.
