Polhemus Announces Management Buyout & Ownership Change

COLCHESTER, VT (January 16, 2013)---Polhemus, a privately held, premier motion measurement technology company, announces a change in ownership. Polhemus President, Skip Rodgers, added co-owner to his title, effective December 31, 2012. Skip Rodgers purchased shares formerly owned by co-owner, Ken Jedrzejewski, prompted by Jedrzejewski’s announcement to retire. Jedrzejewski leaves behind 35 years of service to Polhemus, with over ten years as a company owner. Al Rodgers remains as co-owner and maintains his role as CEO.
The shift in ownership brings no change in business focus. As the industry experts in electromagnetic tracking, Polhemus will continue with its current scope of business, focusing on military, research & technology, and health care applications. The company will continue to operate out of its headquarters in Colchester, Vermont.
